A. Information You Provide Directly

Textual Content: Any messages, queries, comments, Hadiths, or Quranic verses you send to our Service for analysis.
Shared Media: Any posts or media you share with our bot or mention our bot in.

B. Information We Receive Automatically

Public Profile Information: Your first and last name and your profile picture.
Platform Scoped User ID (PSID): A unique identifier specific to our application that allows us to recognize you and maintain a conversation history without revealing your actual Facebook or Instagram user ID.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:

To Provide the Core Service: To receive your submissions, process them through our AI system, and generate a report on the authenticity of the provided text or an answer to your query.
To Communicate With You: To send you the response or report you requested directly through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messages.
To Maintain Conversation Context: We store your PSID along with your message history to understand the context of an ongoing conversation, allowing our bot to provide more relevant and accurate responses.
To Improve Our Service: We may analyze anonymized interaction data to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our AI models and algorithms.

4. Data Storage and Protection

Data Storage: All collected information, including message content and your PSID, is stored in a private, self-hosted database using open-source technology. We have direct control over this infrastructure.

Data Security: We implement reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes. All data processing is handled internally by our system to provide and improve the Service as described in this policy.

6. Your Data Rights

You have the right to control your personal information. You can request to access a copy of the conversation history we have stored or request the deletion of your entire conversation history.
